These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from VeloFlare ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, and we refund any payment in that case.

2. Products and Pricing

We try to show products accurately, but colors and the look of the light projection can vary with screens, road surface and ambient light. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

5. Product Use and Safety

VeloFlare is a bicycle accessory and doesn't replace safe riding or other required lights and reflectors. Bike lighting rules differ by country and state; you are responsible for checking and following local rules, including rules on projected light. Don't point the light at people's eyes.

6. Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit. If this happens, contact us and we'll replace or refund the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content belongs to VeloFlare or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
